Trotters BBQ is located in a recently renovated warehouse in the downtown section of Sevierville. This is a great area to spend an evening just walking around enjoying some Southern charm and some of the areas less visited attractions. Nearby you will find the Dolly Parton statue, butterfly mural and the Sevier County courthouse.
Food
Tonight we shared a plate:
Pulled Pork with Thick Cut Potato Chips and Mac & Cheese
The pork was moist with just the right amount of smoke. The thick cut potato chips are excellent but the Mac & Cheese was a bit underwhelming.
Service
Trotters has counter service for ordering but then everything else is table service. We have found the service to be spirited and cordial on all of our visits here.
