Holston's is a local favorite, away from the tourist areas, yet still convenient to all that the area has to offer.  Known for their locally inspired cuisine,  Holston's is pefect for a quick lunch or a casual dinner in the evening.  The express lunch menu on Tuesday's through Thursday's offers several items for $9.99, but take a look around and you will notice that most diners are enjoying their all you can eat chicken and dumplings.  I've never had a bad meal here and we eat here often.
